Il posto perfetto per riposare e vivere appieno l'estate!
La location è veramente TOP, c'è tutto: lavatrice, microonde, lavastoviglie, appartamento con grandi stanze e una parte esterna per pranzare o cenare o semplicemente rilassarsi. La vista è fronte oceano, veramente TOP. A pochi passi avete ben due spiagge dove poter andare. Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane favolose, per accedere all'appartamento però dovete essere pronti a fare parecchi gradini, se non amate camminare il posto non fa per voi. Il proprietario Miguel è stato molto disponibile e di grande aiuto. Ci torneremo!!!

Ronduit geweldig!
Ons 3-weekse verblijf in dit appartement was fantastisch. Erg genoten van verblijf en omgeving direct aan de oceaan. Wakker worden met het geluid van de branding. Erg relaxed!
Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door gastheer Miguel. Alle benodigde toelichting ontvangen. Ook tussentijds contact prima verlopen. Erg plezierig contact.
Uitrustingsniveau compleet en volgens beschrijving. Bed iets minder comfortabel. Locatie relatief rustig en afgescheiden, maar wel veel voorbijgangers naar- en van het strand verderop in de baai gelegen.
Goed restaurant om de hoek (5 min lopen) en ook supermarkt en autoverhuur in de directe nabijheid (10 min lopen). Wij reisden vooral met het openbaar vervoer en taxi. Prima bevallen. Playa de Aguilla is een rustige plaats met verder weinig vertier. Daarvoor aangewezen op San Augustin, Playa des Inglés of Maspalomas. Allemaal goed bereikbaar en binnen een kwartier reisafstand (bus/auto) gelegen.
Wij komen zéker nog eens terug in deze omgeving.

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Steilküste ca. 30m oberhalb vom Meer/Strand.
Sie hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt Liegestühle und SItzpolster für die Steinbank.
Über Treppen kann man zum Strand hinunter laufen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, direkt am Meer
Wir waren 1 Woche, in der sehr schönen Wohnung in der Lage Nueva Baviera.
Die Lage ist direkt am Meer an einer kleinen Steilküste. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Tolle Ausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
