Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Zwar sind zwei größere Straßen in der Nähe, aber von diesem hört man auch auf der Terrasse nichts. Der Strand ist fußläufig über eine kleine Brücke in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden.
Die Anlage ist ein bisschen außerhalb vom Trubel Maspalomas, aber mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten dort, dafür ist es aber viel ruhiger.
Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gefällt das der Boden auf die Terrasse weiter verlegt ist und das große Panoramafenster lässt sich sehr weit öffnen, sodass man das Gefühl hat draußen zu sein.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt. Die dazughörige Anlage mit Pool wird ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber gehalten.

Gemütliche Fewo zum Sonnetanken
Dass man den Zugang zum Balkon so weit öffnen konnte, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das macht ein herrliches "Draußen-Gefühl". Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar oder der Pool quasi vor der Haustür. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Eingang. Der Ort für die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut gewählt. Dass es z.B. einen kleinen Wäscheständer gibt, zeigt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Der kleine Minimarkt in der Anlage war ebenfalls sehr nützlich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!
