Incredible and quiet location with all shopping and supermarket services and entertainment. But the most important thing is that within 100 meters we have the incredible dunes of Maspalomas and its blue waters. On the terrace we have an area with a table and four chairs for dining or games and hammocks to catch the sun on the same terrace. We have satellite TV with international channels.

The property was in a good position for all the amenities around , the pool was really nice , it was in a quiet spot. the balcony area was amazing !.The apartment needed some attention however paint peeling off the walls , the electrics were very poor and even dangerous, the kitchen needs updating. The sheets on the bed were very poor quality.

Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig und nah am Strand
Das Apartment ist etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr gemütlich, mit großen Räumen und supergroßem Balkon nach Süden und Westen, mit bequemen liegen und Blick in einen ruhigen Garten mit kleinem Pool. Ideal für Leute, die es nicht superchic wollen, sondern auf viel Platz und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stehen.
