Construction and building on restaurant next door, noise from before 8a.m. to 16.30 p.m. Unable to use pool for two weeks due to Spanish families taking over the pool from early morning till late at night. Interogation by a resident villa owner, as to whether we should be there, not very welcoming! We without an umbrella in the garden for six days because it was broken by the wind, although reported right away, this was not replaced, we stayed in two days for the agent. The water heater in a lock cupboard had been leaking for some time, causing a flood and the front door broke all on our last day.

Great location and sea view.

This is a house which easily fits 4 persons. Well equipped. Great view over the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas. Surprisingly quiet surroundings. Wifi a bit unstable.

Gated community with little service but nice villa

This is not an hotel, it's a gated community with some 25 villas of different sizes. There is no reception but there is daily cleaning by friendly staff. There is a senor Stefan you can reach on the mobile for handling such things as getting the keys and ordering a taxi to the airport. You only get one set of keys! It that is a big issue chose something else. The place is quite charming and very quite. Close to the beach. Our villa had an outdoor jacuzzi but I don't know if it was working, we never tried it. Learn how to order a taxi if You don't want the 400 yard walk to the nearest taxi rank. You tend to leave by the beach entrance and enter by the Avenida de Bonn entrance which is some 40 feet above the beach.
