Perfect location a few steps away from a beach promenade and a lift giving direct access to the world famous dunes and beach. The Yumbo Centre and other Centres are an easy stroll away. Entrance door with key safe allowing you to arrive at anytime of day or night. Fully equipped kitchen with hob and microwave. Shower room with large walk-in shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Double bed with the benefit of a further sofa bed in the living-room ample storage and cupboard space. The apartment is also equipped with flat screen tv with international channels, and fast free fibre broadband. The large terrace has table and chairs for alfresco dinning with uninterrupted views of the newly remodelled swimming pool and gardens. The complex has the added bonus of a large roof top solarium with both clothed and optional clothing areas and fantastic views of the dunes, resort, beach and mountains, there are also toilet facilities and shower here perfect for a day soaking up the sun. The benefit of a rooftop solarium is rarely found except in some of the more luxury hotels. The complex also has a small bar-restaurant, mini market and hairdressers.

Perfect stay - won't be disappointed

This is a clean and Bright apartment located at street level so no lifts or stairs to take. Communication with host was excellent from before arrival giving updates on address details and check in instructions. Very accommodating around flight times and allowed for bags to be dropped off before apartment was ready. Apartment itself was presented fresh and clean. Balcony over looks pool and gets daytime sun from 12pm until about 4pm and plenty space for topping the tan up. There is also a roof terrace with sun loungers as well as loungers available at the pool. Beach is less than 10 mins away and can be accessed by a lift. Hyper Dino on the corner open til late and walking distance to beach bars/restaurants and the main Yumbo centre. Taxi and bus links all close by. USB sockets available throughout apartment so didn't need any adapters. Good high pressure shower and modern bathroom. If you want pubs and clubs or just a quiet holiday this apartment is ideally located for both. Just waiting on next year's flights to be released to look at booking again.
