The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with every comfort, consisting of a double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and optional cot, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, closet and a courtyard equipped for delicious outdoor meals.



The apartment is a perfect combination of style and simplicity. Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, full-HD smart-TV (netflix accessible with your credentials), unlimited free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, oven, microwave and on request, cot and high chair for children.

The house is at your complete disposal and we\'ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you\'re staying for business, whether you are on holiday in the wonderful Riviera delle Palme.



Its optimal position allows to have easy access to the shopping streets and to all the areas of interest that are close at hand, thanks to two bicycles provided by the owner.



The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas and unlimited internet; a refundable security deposit of € 100 is required to be paid in cash at check-in.

In the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto the tourist tax is applied from 1 June to 15 September, which must be paid at check-in and corresponds to 1 euro per day per person for the first 7 days while children up to 12 years are exempt.



The following optional extra charges are excluded:

- bed linen and towels € 15.00 (fifteen / 00) per person per week, which will be supplied wrapped in order to comply with Covid rules, alternatively it can be procured independently. The beds are provided with mattress covers and pillow covers only.

- cot and high chair € 5.00 (five / 00) each per child per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, from the 8th day they are free.

- Small pets can be accommodated upon notice in advance, for a supplement of € 30.00 (thirty / 00).
