Worst hotel, I had to be moved several times. The first room was very dirty stains on the sheet second room had blood stains on the sheets disgusting third room was still dirty stains on the sheets.

“Always start with the good,” mama says. So: the lady that cleaned up the 2nd room we were placed in did a terrific job cleaning up - that floor was spotless and the room smelled of fabulouso. Veer at the front desk was very professional and worked diligently to correct the many issues we encountered at this neglected property. It pains me to write this negative review. The first room we checked into, the bed sheets were filthy!! The floor was dirty still and the toilet would not flush. They thankfully moved us to another room that was marginally better, however this time the sink was broken and the shower (though strong with heat and pressure) seemed to be leaking from underneath even with then curtains closed. Lastly, I tried repeatedly to use the jacuzzi but due to the 1hr pre-heat up time requirement, I could never indulge. If this hotel just received a little more TLC it would be a good stay, but the property’s apparent neglect makes it a toss up if I will return.

The worst stay I have ever had. Hot tub always cold, breakfast closed by 8:45 am, so no sleeping in if you want to eat. When I complained about the service and amenities they tried to force me to check out of my stay early with nowhere to go.
