The property management is really good. Very clean place. Only thing is that the property doesn't have air conditioner . It was very hot during the day. Luckily the temperature drops at night so it gets better. The view to the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as far as utensils and pots.

Misleading the photo of the BBQ deck area appearing right on the lake…the accommodation is not this. Although it has a gorgeous view from the lounge room & bedrooms it doesn’t have a balcony and is a good 15-20min walk to that lake. The unit needs some love cupboard doors falling off, blockout curtains that don’t fit the window so pointless, not a scrap of toilet paper provided, garage roller door remote doesn’t work. These things don’t matter as much when the price tag is not high.

Excelente ubicación para el centro de Bariloche, vistas bellas desde cuartos y terraza. Lo único es que solo hay disponible estacionamiento para 1 vehículo. Tomar en cuenta eso.

A estadia foi ótima. Excelente apartamento. O Filé que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso. Pude perceber que são varias donos. O meu Ap era ótimo. Mas nem todos eram bons. A única coisa desagradável e que pegamos uma nevasca e a rua era no alto e tivemos muita dificuldade pra chegar e sair de táxi. Mas foi um inverno atípico. Voltaria com a minha família. Vista maravilhosa

Bom apartamento, mas as fotos enganam.

Bem localizado, vista maravilhosa, apartamento amplo e atendimento da pessoa responsável pelo estabelecimento (Filé) de alta qualidade, porém o apartamento necessita muito de uma manutenção básica... Nossa experiência: Chegamos com uma expectativa alta por conta das fotos no site e quando chegamos encontramos outra realidade. Primeiro, mesmo depois de termos alugado com meses de antecedência, fomos enviados na primeira noite para um quarto péssimo de forma que o hotel não perdesse a oportunidade de faturar mais com uma locação previa (feita após a minha). Com isso, não nos foi cobrado pela diária, mas em contra partida ficamos em um quarto extremamente quente, sem janela em um dos quartos, muito empoeirado e sem poder desarrumar as malas. No dia seguinte, fomos acomodados no nosso quarto, porém como falado as fotos deveriam ter sido tiradas anos antes pois encontramos paredes descascando, lâmpadas queimadas, alguns móveis com péssimo estado de conservação, piso de taco saindo, faltando pilha no controle remoto, faltando tampa das banheiras, não tem churrasqueira, sauna não funciona, jacuzzi vazia, cama não feita e faltando papel higiênico (essas últimas duas rapidamente resolvidas pelo File). Em resumo a estadia foi prazeirosa, porém não pôde-se pensar que vai encontrar o apartamento lindo e perfeito como as fotos retratam. Recomendo com ressalvas.
