Everything was wonderful, the staff - Nico, Alejandra, and all the others as well - is incredibly friendly and efficient. Charming indeed!

This property is beyond beautiful. Charming is the perfect name for the hotel. Everything was great - from the rooms and views, to the location and impeccable landscaping. But the best part was the staff, especially Alejandra at the front desk. She was lovely to chat with and was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.
