Enjoy the perfect sunset with views over the valley and onto the mountains. The farmhouse is situated at the end of its private driveway and is isolated, but with the convenience of the shops just five minutes drive away in the town of Mercatale. Salt water swimming pool and plenty of shady areas in the garden with extensive land and walks through the surrounding olive groves and oak woodland. Downstairs the house is open plan with a big farmhouse kitchen and various sitting rooms with a grand piano and always a hilltop breeze that flows through the house.
This house is more than just a rental property it is a family home, renovated with huge love and attention by a couple of artists. The house is full of art, landscape paintings, bronze statues inspired by the breathtaking surroundings of Tuscany.
Just 25 minute drive to Florence it is the perfect location to visit many historic hilltop towns.
