Bright, spacious, and convenient, this home is close to the beach, making it ideal for your next San Clemente vacation!

Head into the garage to find complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a boogie board, then pick up the surfboard out back for a fun-filled day at the beach with the family dog. Afterward, come home to kick back in the living room to stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The board games are a great way for the kids to stay occupied as you assemble a delicious meal in the full kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and lots of counter space. Great place in SC!

Our family had a great stay here. We loved that we could walk to San Luis Rey Park and the Rip Curl Outlet. It was very clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Also was great to have the beach toys and boards in the garage.

Labor Day getaway

Very clean, efficient and comfortable stay. No air conditioning, but 2 fans that are available were sufficient for cooling down the property with windows open for a coastal breeze. Parking was adequate behind property and well lit at night for a late check in.

The entire stay was great for the price. No A/C was a disappointment and there was slim pickings for silverware (2 forks total). Otherwise a great price point for a relatively cheap stay

Perfect for our quick getaway

We needed a quick getaway during spring break and this place was available and affordable. It was just a 6 minute drive to T Street where we played all day. There is a market (Primo Foods) on the corner we walked to that did 69 cents street tacos for Taco Tuesday and they were delicious! It’s a super cute place and I’d definitely book it again.

Very clean and as pictured. The combination for unlocking the door did not work. I had to call customer service who was still not able to make it work but was able to access inside with a key (in a lock box). Because the deadbolt combo didn't work we could not lock the place when leaving... Not a big deal for me but for other it could have been very worrisome. .5 to 1 mile walk to most places - San Clemente is a great little beach town!

This is a great condo but just know that you will be carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs. It’s also very close to El Camino and the freeway so a bit noisy. Other than that though the place is clean and has all that you need for a short stay! I didn’t stay in the front unit but it looked super cute with its own yard, string lights and it was downstairs 😀

A Great Few Days

My family and I stayed for three nights in early October and had a great time. The apartment was clean, check-in was easy. The only downsides were that the apartment is right next to the busy, and noisy, Highway 5. This is out of the control of the owners, and you know this if you're renting it. The thing that is in their control is that the kitchen and fridge were pretty bare. It would have been nice to find some milk in the fridge or a little welcome basket of snacks on the island when we arrived. We've gotten this at other VRBOs and it leaves a nice feeling.

The place is nice and refurnished. However, there is no AC and they only give you one fan. There’s also no vents from using the bathroom and everyone’s gotta go sometime and without any fans or air circulation system. Ya, it smelled...The owner also gave us the wrong passcode which made us lose money from being late to an activity.
