This townhouse has been completely remodeled and professionally redesigned in a modern beach style that makes it easy to enjoy your stay in the beautiful southern coast of California! This two-story townhouse features a large upstairs family room with a cozy fireplace, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a large, round game table. Bring along a couple of favorite games or use one of ours from the game cabinet and enjoy playing together! Ceiling fans, vented skylight, and windows circulate the refreshing ocean breeze to cool this vacation home. Sleep well in luxurious beds and linens to wake up refreshed for another day in a vacation paradise. The master bedroom features a small balcony with an ocean view. There is also a downstairs patio with dining seating and BBQ grill located off of the kitchen.

Perfect location!!

We were two families who came to the area for our daughter’s softball all star tournament. This location is right downtown, close to the beach, cute shops, restaurants and cafes. The place was perfect for us. The 2 couples had separation with the main bedroom being downstairs and the rest upstairs along with the living room and tv. It was perfect!!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit had great space. The layout was a little odd, but the location more than made up for it. Everything was very clean. There was not a lot in the kitchen, so be sure to bring anything you really need with you, but you cannot beat the location. It also has plenty of parking, which is a HUGE plus! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

This was a great place! Close to everything in downtown San Clemente. Clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the family room upstairs and electric fireplace. Would highly recommend.

Clean beach condo

Very much enjoyed this clean and updated condo. TV in all 3 bedrooms.Close to the beach. It felt roomy with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Only a couple of slight issues:, long hill to walk back from beach (though there is also a free city trolley to take);front area with barbecue was not as restful as would have hoped as lots of traffic on the street and barbecue would not light. Also the internet was very weak.overall we had a great experience.

This was a perfect location to be able to walk downtown, to the beach & to our families home that we were visiting. It has parking which is really nice along with beach chairs, toys, boogie-boards & towels. It was quiet and had everything we needed. we look forward to coming back!

Everything was wonderful. 3 of the 7 had to work…plenty of space for conference calls. Comfortable beds that accommodated 3 men from 6’3”-6’5”. Space well planned out for various seating options. Location was perfect as we didn’t need to drive to lunch or dinner. We would book here again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

Perfect San Clemente Vacation Spot

Everything about this property is perfect! The location, decor, amenities, ease of check…everything! Our family loves San Clemente and this house was walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the pier. There is nothing like a San Clemente sunset☀️ The bedrooms are all very comfortable and well decorated. The family room with pull our sofa was a great place to gather and the fireplace was so nice for the cool Southern California fall evenings. We had 6 people in our party, 4 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of space to spread out. Ten out of ten….We highly recommend this property for your San Clemente vacation!

Very nice place to stay

This is a very nice property. It was very clean and it looks exactly like the photos. The location is close to beach and shopping. dining. It's by a four-way stop sign, so beware of loud trucks and motorcycle engines coming and going. It helps to shut the windows to block out the traffic noise. I would stay here again. Thank you
