    Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room had no windows. I chose this hotel becauae I needed a pool for health reasons. The pool always had multiple classes happening in it so was not really possible to swim. There was only one key per room so I had to ask for a member of staff to let me in after swimming because my partner had the only key. As we were walking up the stairs he kept touching my lower back even after I said not to - I was in my swimsuit and a towel. The one time I was up early enough to find the pool empty, the same member of staff followed me there and stared at me through the window. It was very intimidating. I shook my head at him but he stayed staring. Then he moved up some stairs to where he thought I couldn’t see and I could see that he was pointing his phone at me while I swam. I shouted at him ‘no’ and he eventually left. It was very creepy. Most of the staff were nice and the room was kept clean. The building was in a good location was very nice traditional.
