Adorable Spanish style detached back home or casita in fantastic area of Historic North Park . Very quiet. Open & bright with Saltillo tile floor, open concept, updated kitchen, and eating area.. Comfy queen bed in bedroom and a full size hide-a-bed in living room, plus Pack 'n Play if needed. 50" TV/DVD with cable and high speed Internet. Private patio in front w/umbrella covered table & chairs. Private back patio w/loungers, bistro set, gas bbq grill & festive lighting. Laundry facilities available. One off street parking spot in driveway for your convenience. No stairs from parking to casita, the home is all on one level also. Organic products are supplied for your use, including the laundry soap that we use for your sheets and towels.

Walk to everything!! Cafes, restaurants, Morley Park where there is a newly renovated Historic 1933 outdoor public pool. Only 5 blocks from the casita. Bus stop nearby too. Walk score 89, close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Morley Field, shopping, restaurants, I-5, 15 minutes to beach, close to Downtown San Diego, Coronado Island and 14 minutes to airport.

Many nearby restaurants - the popular Communal Coffee Café and the Olympic Cafe (Greek food) is just a block away. Walk nearby to 30th & University for many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and breweries. Thursday is North Park's Farmers Market & Whole Foods is nearby. This is a fantastic neighborhood with much to explore & experience! The location is amazing, and the casita is charming and very clean!

Great Weekend Getaway
This light and bright casita was a perfect venue for our low-key weekend getaway. Great walkability (check out the Lafayette Hotel Bar) and just a short ride from the San Diego zoo. Comfortably furnished and well stocked with all the necessities. Nancy was a delight to interact. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a great stay at Nancy‘s Casita. Had our dog with us plenty of room for her to walk around outside on the patio and the house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding property
This was a great place, very clean and efficient in a vibrant neighborhood, close to major routes. The owner communicated very well. There were a lot of little touches in the unit that made it special. The only small complaint is low water pressure from the shower head. We would eagerly rent this property again and recommend it highly!

Sunny, Spring Break Get-a-way
Lovely visit for two seniors. Amazing location, safe, quiet space ideal for two visitors. The home is filled with things to enhance your stay- wonderful, quality cookware, bedding, and bath supplies made this one of the best places we have stayed! There was a bit of a musty smell so we did open windows to help the situation. Nothing big enough to prevent a second visit to this comfy casita. The owner obviously loves this space! Hoping to return soon!

Bad Smell of Mildew
The owner knew the place flooded! She rented it with torn up flooring and a smelly moldy rug to hide it. I have pictures because it was ridiculous. It wreaked of strong mildew. Would have been a cute place if not for the strong odor. Beware of the constant sirens all night if you like quiet. And, single-ply TP. Bring your own toilet paper!

Wonderful casita, even better than the pictures show. The perfect size for two people and in a great neighborhood. Communication was the best I've ever experienced and we had no issues. Would absolutely stay again!

Convenient Balbao Park in nice neighbourhood
It is a small property. It was really clean.The kitchen area worked well for me and was well equipped. Comfy seating for TV etc. The bed was good with a nice warm duvet. Safe parking on the driveway. The neighbourhood is nice with some cute houses and interesting front garden planting. We arrived on quite a cold day and the casita was really cold. The wall heater was slow to warm the room up. There is a fan heater and we had to use it every day for the bedroom/ shower room and as supplementary heating in the main living area. Lighting in the bedroom was really poor. Just about impossible to read in bed on the shower side of the bed. A bedside table that side would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a good week especially with Balbao Park being a short drive away.

Breathtaking but very tight quarters.
The house was breathtaking when we first walked in. It was immaculate inside and out. BUT, my responses to the host, when she wrote me and I responded in the designated RESPOND HOST box, did not make it back to her with a confirmation. So I lost a day of vacation at the house. My other observation is that the entire yard is tile and planters filled with succulents. Not one square inch a dog can be let out to pee. We worked around it ,but it was awkward.
