The room was so dirty. The bed sheets were very dirty we had to remove them. Trash was found under table as well. We called the front desk a couple of times and they never answered. We were so tired that night that the last thing we wanted was to arrive to a dirty room. The room was somewhat expensive so we thought it would be in better conditions. Never staying there again!!!

Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool and spa were nice and clean. The property is well kept and clean. We ate in the restaurant on the property 3 times and it was good all 3 times. Easy access to the freeway, which was a bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for a quick turnaround trip and the hotel served its purpose. The water was hot, bed was adequate, and A/C worked great. No elevator to second floor rooms. It was quiet, but any outside noise came right in. You could hear normal conversation voices from the parking lot. The staff was not friendly, but transactional.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible place to stay at if I can give 0 stars I would. It felt unsafe. Couldn’t get sleep due to a party happening in the room next to me even someone banging at my door twice at 2am! I am looking to get a refund right now because I have never experienced anything like this before just Plain out horrible do yourself a favor and stay at the double tree down the road. Also the staff did not care at all about what was happening I had to call front desk multiple times through the night and they didn’t do anything about the situation I had to call the police for it to get settled. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!!

No blankets

Very reasonable rate however I noticed that the workout room the only treadmill they had was not working and there were no instructions about how to use the three other pieces of equipment that should've been self intuitive but wasn't or else they also weren't working correctly. I also like to use the bathtub but there was no way to stop the water at the drain so you have to just use it as a shower. I read the upgrade 100 rooms a year I must've been in one of the rooms that has not been upgraded lately. The staff was very friendly and I would say the thing that bothered me the most was there were no blankets in the room just sheets on the bed and despite the fact that there was a heater on the wall I could not sleep because I'm used to having a blanket And that was a dealbreaker for future stays
