Staff were super amazing. I actually had to leave another room due to the conditions and best western accommodated me to the best of their ability. The room was clean and close to everything. Will definitely be booking again every time I visit San Diego.

Checked into our room there seemed to be a leak under the carpet somewhere we called the front desk to just let them know they never offered to change our room. If you’re staying on the bottom floor you can hear every step the people above you take. There were loud groups of motorcycles driving through the parking lot passed our room all night. Also anytime anyone walks near your door while talking you can hear it as if they’re in the room with you. The pictures on the website make it look way better than it is.

I wish the hot tub was open until 12:00 am.The gym is 4 pieces of equipment 1 does not work and none of them are connected to the cable or wifi. The Laundry is Quarters only but I spent 45 minutes trying to to connect to CSC Service Works, because the machines all have CSC service Works stickers on the front of them, however, don't waste your time. They should remove the stickers or post Quarters Only in the laundry room.
