Nice amenities Wonderful coffee shop and waterfront restaurant Only gripe was the $45 nightly parking Kind staff and we arrived late for our one night and they allowed us to check out late the following day so we could enjoy the hotel amenities Great location with wonderful walking access along the bay and easy access to the beach and shops (across the street)

I have stayed at the property two times prior to this visit and I always enjoy the direct access to the beach. This visit was not as pleasing due to the sink being stuffed up and room service not being available. I tried calling multiple times but no one ever picked up the phone so I had to walk down to order.

Booked a one night stay for my family and I to attend the Bayfest and I wish we could’ve stayed longer at this hotel. We loved the feel of the resort hotel and their amenities. We had a garden view, it was beautiful to see the ducks and the koi fish in the pond from our balcony. The resident parrots were a great surprise too. Our room was spacious, the layout was perfect and it even had two sinks, the bathroom was separated by the entrance into the room which was quite nice. My daughter loved the flavored water in the lobby on Saturday but we noticed that the water wasn’t available on Sunday, not sure if they only have that out on certain days. The gift shop and the coffee/deli shop were both great. All staff were friendly and helpful. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon, thank you!

Got food poisoning from there restauarant which we were across from and heard until Late at night, people walking into our patio and sitting on our lounge chairs,

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! We wished there were better options for lunch/dinners, our plan was the have dinner at the restraunt with all the kids and family but found out when we went to make a reservation they were completely full due to a wedding party. I just wish we would have known to make plans accordingly. That’s was one reason we booked the first floor bayfront rooms to be able to take kids back to the room if needed during dinner and so we had to leave off property and find a kid friendly spot. That’s a small downside to a really awesome weekend because other than that, it was a great time as usual. We have stayed there many time and it will continue to be our family spot.

The staff was excellent! The wedding venue was wonderful. Our room in the Tower, though clean, was small, dated and overlooked a parking garage . Additionally, I I had to spend $5+ per day for a cup of coffee! I think the drinks at the bar were also overpriced.
