The front desk staff- particularly Lorenzo- was very helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way, on a very rainy day, to help accomodate my mother and I- as we were in a rush to head direct to a wedding within the next 15 minutes upon arrival. He set us up in a spacious, comfortable room, and with the rain, he helped escort us all the way with umbrella in hand, in pouring, windy rain, to ensure we got to our rooms okay, while helping my 70 year old Mother carry her baggage. Plus, we arrived after a 2 hour drive in the rain, to a really friendly, smiling arrival. From the moment we drove up the driveway, the valet attendant was very helpful and allowed us to keep our car at the front to unload in order to get back to our car quickly to head to the wedding. The staff were so on point and I couldn't be more grateful considering the torrential weather and making it to the Wedding on time. And as you can guess, making it back to our room after the wedding, to a cozy, warm, and comfortable rest, was everything to end the night. Thank you.
