Place was very clean, nicely appointed, a couple blocks from some decent restaurants and bars. Biggest problem was that we booked for 4 adults who each needed their own bedroom for various reasons and it advertised 4 bedrooms but on arrival, we discovered it only had 3 bedrooms, one of which had two beds. When I asked the host about it she argued with me and said it was listed as 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and left it at that, but it very clearly states on the listing it has 4 bedrooms, so one of us had to take the couch in the living room which was not ideal. Other than that, great space, nice area, parking was easy.

The space was great for our family of four with the amenities needed. Nicole was prompt to help and respond the couple of times I called with a need. The location was great for our first trip to San Diego and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood as well as being so close to Balboa park. Driving to downtown or beaches was easy as well.
