The bed was not meant for the thing that it was on, if I rolled to the edge, I would've fell off. The complimentary breakfast was bad. The hot food was gone within a half hour of it opening. The staff was not welcoming at all. The only nice people on property were the housekeepers.

Room was not well kept. When we arrived, there were obvious signs that it hadn’t been cleaned or tended properly: water on the counter, water stains on the sink faucet, smeared mirror and missing any tissues from the tissue dispenser. The bathroom has no fan, so it would constantly be damp from the humidity. Toilet handle was loose and the tank was constantly running.

Not enough parking. The breakfast are was extremely crowded and warm. When I tried to take my breakfast to my room, one of your employees gave me a hard time. If we’re not allowed to bring breakfast to enjoy in our room then you should provide a more comfortable area.
