We have a party of four and they only give us 2 towels. Every night , I had to come down to get additional towels. The hotel does not have anyone to deliver towels to us. I would not stay at this location.again!

The staff was unfriendly and rude specially the young lady was talking to somebody had her ear piece and times she was talking to us but was talking to someone else at the same time, the breakfast was a joke the would run out of juice or milk and would not stoke up on and there was a guy or employee just staring at you while you eat made you feel unwelcome will make sure next to try something else to book a reservation somewhere else

There was no elevator. The area that they had set up for breakfast is way to small for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Parking is unclear since the hotel shares a parking lot with Carls Jr. Concerns about being towed away due to this. Door to our hotel room did not close completly without extra fource
