Had a problem at checking in and room, went back to front desk to resolve the problem and they weren’t authorized to resolve the problem.ask for a manager on duty and none shift so went to sleep and went to the front desk in the morning and ask for the manager on the wall Glenn Milar no where to be found so then ask any manager or supervisor to address my problem Nobody around all they said can’t help sorry

Unfortunately, this stay was enough to never come back. And to reconsider IHG hotels. We were charged for a room that had a broken entry, and needed to wait twice for the locks to be fixed, as well as the balcony door. (See pictures). The walls were covered in sticky substances. We were told to wait one hour for the swamp cooler AC to work. While “dial 0” produced 5 minutes of ringing, The front desk took about 20 minutes to wait in line.
