Mixed benefit

Grounds are well maintained, rooms are updated, beds are great. Early check in fee was quite high. Map of grounds and elevators to various wings was confusing, I had to stop and ask for help several times. Although the grounds are pretty the room doors are exterior and heavy. Anytime someone comes or goes on your level you get a very loud slam booming into your room.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. The staff could have been more attentive but loved the grounds of the property. Be prepared when checking in. Stayed 6 nights they put a $400 hold on our card which wasn’t a big deal for me but I know it could be for others. Also, $150 to park the 6 nights. Overall would consider staying again, but prefer another location in the area.

When we first walked in the staff was so friendly! We were upgraded to a floor level room with a patio over looking the pool. Traveling with little kids can be so hard but this free upgrade made it extra special and easy. The room was clean, spacious and beds were cozy. The pool is nice and heated. Pool towel were available and nice size. The breakfast was so good and we got free vouchers signing up for a promotion they were doing. Parking is easy and convenient. The waterfall outside our door was a nice touch. 10/10 will be staying here again!!
