Spotlessly clean, great staff, excellent beds. The location couldn’t be better. The only criticism I have is the parking garage - taking a large vehicle in (and out) is a challenge because of tight corners and extremely narrow ramps.

I just stayed overnight this weekend. The remodeling is done and the interior is nice for both the lobby and room. I like to give a shout out to Ming (trainee I believe) at the service desk. She took her time to help me resolve a non-hotel related problem and fixed one of my headaches for the trip. The staff ensured that our stay was comfortable with quick and courteous service. Check in/out was speedy and the site is right next to Little Italy, making it very easy to find a decent restaurants. Special mention: if you're parking, make sure your vehicle is smaller than a mid-size SUV. Parking is narrow like other guests have mentioned. Overall a great experience and would return on my next San Diego visit.
