Nestled in the hills of Vista just minutes from the Pacific Ocean you will find this stunning HGTV Style Coastal Retreat. Come swim in the pool, relax in the spa, and share stories around the fire in this fantastic Southern California estate!

This property is a fantastic place to relax, recharge and renew.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a tub. The 2 master bedrooms both have 32'' smart TVs.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with all the tools you need to whip up a fantastic meal. Right off the kitchen is a dining room with a 10 person table perfect for bringing the whole family together over dinner.

In the living room, unwind on the sectional sofa complete with a large smart TV.

There's a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.

Outside, kick your feet back and enjoy the amazing weather Southern California is known for, complete with:

The entire house and front yard down to the fence and the backyard pool areas are yours to use and enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles. The garage is used to access the second dwelling on the property so please don't block the driveway. Besides the driveway, there are no shared spaces and the amenities you see in the photos are yours to use and enjoy privately.

*Pool can be heated upon request. This is a separate cost and must be requested in advance.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR MUSIC allowed. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am and exterior noise during this time isn't allowed.

- We have high speed internet (WiFi). There are three Smart TVs. Two 32'' TVs are located in each of the master bedrooms, plus a 55'' TV in the living room. Just log into your preferred accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and much more) and stream away.

Perfect weekend getaway location

Our hosts were fantastic and this place was perfect for us. Very clean and the outdoor areas had amenities: pool, fire pit, etc that made our weekend getaway very enjoyable. This was a great location located near Oceanside, SD, and Carlsbad. Highly recommended!

Great vacation!

Wonderful stay in Vista

I booked this property to accommodate our big family for a wedding that we had near by. While the adults had to work and catch up on things, the kids had a great time in the heated pool (option when booking) and the jacuzzi. Our dog came along too and we were all extremely comfortable. The beds were incredible, we slept like babies! Communication with owners was throughout and smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay here again for future trips in the area.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay despite the weather. The outdoor space is beautiful and would’ve been nice to enjoy for a bbq one or two nights. The beds were a little too soft for our preference. Little to no support if you have back issues of any sort. Other than that, the house was very comfortable and a great space for two families to share!

We enjoyed the big pool. The indoor and outdoor eating venues were perfect for family dinners. Sunsets sitting around the fire pit was a perfect ending to our hectic days

Alaskan Celebration if Life

The house was perfect for our family and friends group of 10 coming down from Alaska to fulfill my mother’s final wishes. Beds were comfortable, house had everything we needed, beds and linens were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Our hosts were responsive during every part of the process and even greeted us with flowers and treats and nice music on the tvs. The pool had great floaties and only thing we lacked were a couple of loungers but we made do with the chairs. Easiest check out I’ve ever experienced renting houses too. I would totally stay there again.

Amazing Vacay

This was an amazing property for two families! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The property was super cute and clean. The outside eating space was a great place for us to gather for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely vacation here again!

Beautiful Getaway

This beautiful house was perfect for our get away. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing although it is even better in person. Both the inside and outside were perfectly done and spotless. The kitchen was wonderful with all the equipment, dishes & supplies you could need. You can actually put together a real meal in this kitchen but you don't have to because there are plenty of options nearby and lots of delivery options. You would never know you were so close to lots of shopping & restaurants once you turn onto the street. It is a perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of life. The pool is beautiful but it was very chilly so only the brave took a quick dip. We did enjoy the lovely hot tub though!!! Our hosts Mike & Marie answered any questions we had as quickly as possible. I hope we can stay here again. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing!! Over the top Amazing.

This was our first time renting and if giving to option we'd give it 10 out of 5 stars. A quiet neighborhood with a lot of food options near by. Close to everything! The Host are the sweetest and kindest people you can ever meet. Really, without a doubt, feels like a home away from home. No matter if it's your first time renting or your 1000th time renting, this one is best.

Way More Amazing Then Expected

The pictures on this home do not do it justice. It is amazing. The location is great central to many stores and restaurants. Mike and Marie gave us a very warm welcoming. The pool and outdoor area are really great for family bonding. My family and I loved the experience at the Grizzly Coast.

Amazing get away!

Beautiful property both inside and out! Clean, well maintained and beautiful decorations! The hosts responded quickly to emails and went out of their way to make sure our vacation was memorable. They even left us a welcome gift including S'mores which my kids loved! Would highly recommend!
