The room was amazing. The staff was phenomenal. The cleanliness of this hotel was SPOT ON!! Only negative thing is i wish they would have disclosed the parking fee of $27 dollars a night.

The staff was kind and accommodating. I had to extend a day due to a snow storm at home. I had to book a different type if room but it was good advice from them. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy.

The staff was fabulous. Our flight arrived early in the morning. They let us leave our bags at the hotel while we went sightseeing until check-in, and even let us have breakfast before heading out.All of them were pleasant.

Staff was courteous. Room was ok, but run down. Rust around the bathroom doorframe from poor ventilation. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were as well. Lobby furniture was old and worn which did not give a good impression of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, nothing great.
