Breakfast was good. Hot tub was warm and so was the pool, so that was perfect. Was not told we would be charged for parking $25 per night until we arrived. Aside from that, all was excellent. Not the best location, cannot walk anywhere.

I loved the room itself as it had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by being placed beneath extremely noisy guests for the entire duration. I requested a room change but was told the hotel was “sold out.” I ended up filing a complaint every night, which is something I’ve never had to do before. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I travel and stay in hotels often. While I understand that the rude and inconsiderate behavior of other guests wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, nothing was done to address the issue or make the situation right. No resolution was ever offered. I highly recommend reserving on the highest level floor if you’d like to get a good nights sleep or watch tv and actually be able to hear it.
