Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
They didn’t clean my room, didn’t change towels neither made the bed. I left the room at 9 am and came back at 9 pm and the room was open and dirty and when I call guest services they were really rude and very unhelpful. The stay was really unpleasant. The sofa bed is very old. I won’t stay at this property again.
