The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Main issue was there were spiders in our bathroom and the door for the bathroom would never close all the way. Room 323 needs a new bathroom door.

Small but refreshing pool

We were hoping to get something closer to the beach, but it appeared everything was booked so we had to Uber a ride every time we went to the beach, otherwise it seemed like a very good location, easy access and they had a really nice pool and breakfast buffet.

We had reservations for 2 nights. First night room smelled very moldy and it was causing breathing issues for bothof us. Requested another room and was given a non-moldy room but the fridge didn’t work so we requested a replacement. The staff never replaced the unit nor checked it. The buffet breakfast was one of the worst hot breakfast offerings Ive ever seen at a hotel. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was neat & clean. The front desk staff very friendly.

Pros: Nice property close to Mission Bay beach and park. Good breakfast. Cons: Cleaning of rooms and providing towels is on alternate days and not every day.

The staff was helpful and there was plenty of parking. The facilities were low end. Rooms were small and redecorated in the 1970s. The elevator made a horrific noise. It was OK. It didn’t ruin our trip, but was expensive for the quality.

First room stunk so bad of mold mildew and pot, we could barely breath. A/c also not working properly. 2nd room better but not great. Mildew smell but not overpowering like first room. Newer ac unit in second room. We can’t risk booking here again.

Location was perfect, close to the places we wanted to see.. IE Sea World, SS Mayday, the beaches. The staff was friendly and helpful offering dining suggestions. Or room was clean and smelled amazing! If we make this trip again, we will stay here!

Great friendly staff easy check in property clean rooms have been updated. Very decent. Continental breakfast served each morning. Coffee was great. Bed very comfortable and good control of indoor temperature with the air-conditioning unit.
