Can’t trust housekeeping

When housekeeping came to clean our room after the first nights stay they removed a bag that I had pack with some snacks, drinks and medication. As soon as we returned to our hotel for the day I alerted the manager who was of no help. Next day the house keeper was supposedly questioned and did not confirm or deny removing the bag which supposedly was thrown out for no explainable reason.

This hotel has a very hidden entrance very limited parking and during my stay, one of the elevators was not working properly yet all they did was post a note and that was just an inconvenience because every time we wanted to get on the elevator the one that didn't work would be available! It was annoying! Lastly the people that were on the floor above us were so loud! So much banging on the floor and even if we complained it still happened for two nights after.

Terrible

We were not warned at check in that the water would be shut off for hours that night. A repair crew was right outside my window working late into the evening yet they still booked that room. I was given a double twin bed room instead of a king like I booked online and the shower door had mold all over it

Wonderful sitting areas, lounge location where we could meet guests visiting us. We also enjoyed walking over to Theresas Italian Steakhouse with our guests. Great location for touring the area.

While we had an issue at check-in with our room clean but the bed not made, they took care of it quickly. Turns out, they got a load of new mattresses that day, and that was the issue. Otherwise, the staff and room were very good. The breakfast was average to below average, but not surprising. We would stay there again.
