Room was spacious and was great for a family. One suggestion is they should have a broom and dustpan to help the cleanliness from having rambunctious kids lol It was a great stay I recommended and would stay here again.

Check in staff horrible. Not friendly or inviting. When asking about my key card, he was not responsive and didn’t address my questions appropriately. No offering of bottled water as Hilton Honors member. Breakfast staff was amazing, friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Kept area clean and well stocked. Carpets were filthy in hallways.

The AC kept giving us issues. The heater kept kicking on automatically. You have to pay $26 for parking that is nonexistent.The pool area was dirty, the lobby area furniture needs attention aside from that the rooms were ok. No dining options or real bar.

I was disappointed because the room I was given was not arranged as I had booked through Expedia. The staff did not handle the situation effectively at the time. However, after I emailed the manager, she managed to provide a partial refund, which is acceptable.

Overall this hotel was fine. The dining kitchen staff was excellent, I wish I could rate the cleaning service, but they never came to our room. In the whole 3 nights stay. Had to leave bags of trash outside our door, and they were never taken. The room was decent, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the couch looked dirty and needed to be replaced five years ago. Breakfast was pretty awesome for a hotel.
