The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid for breakfast, and ordered vegetarian only food. But they delivered food with meat in it, and started blaming me that I ordered food with meat. When we called the front desk and tried to solve the issue with an understanding that English isn't the area's local language. But the hotel insulted saying that I was lying. Eventually they had to check the voice recording and accept their fault and brought the replacement food 90mins later. I would never stay here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years as it is well located and attentive staff. Recently upon check in we were asked if we intended to use room service or cafe/bar. We prepaid with Hotel.com, but anticipated charges to the room, so we provided a credit card. However, we were denied room charges after running up a bill in the restaurant & bar. Embarrassed in front of other patrons the front desk would not help. Bill was paid but the front desk blamed us for the problem. Room noise was terrible as we were located above the outside bar. When we complained the front desk denied any responsibility. Great location & tradition doesn’t make up for horrible service.

No cambiaría por nada quedarme en Lucerna siempre que voy a Tijuana. Es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio, seguro, cerca de todo lo importante, incluyendo el aeropuerto y la frontera. La comida es buenísima, en especial la de su Restaurante Rivoli.
