Room was clean. It’s clearly an older facility that was beeen renovated. Loved the Christmas theme and energy. Breakfast not included, which is stated. There is a restaurant, the Waffle Spot or Stop, that was good with reasonable prices.

The room was clean, and the staff was very nice. I personally did not like the pillows, but the rest of the family did not have an issue with them. Other than that we love staying at the Kings Inn and eating breakfast at the Waffle Spot.

Clean but a little worn down. They have done well to update and keep it clean and simple. Nice fridge /freezer. Nice to have food on site. Outdoor nicely maintained. Near freeway so there is noise , but we knew that when we booked. Wish parking was still included since it is self park on site

Room was very clean, but I did miss not having a microwave in the room. I know they charge an additional five dollars to have one put in your room which I think is kind of silly and I didn’t know about it till after the fact, but the people are very friendly and very nice and very helpful.

beautiful property. you can tell they take pride in it. rooms are clean and bed is comfy. not too hard or soft. linens are soft enough. nice moldable pillows. good water pressure. central heating and air. had bfast at waffle king, very nice staff and the club sandwich was good. churro waffle a la mode for dessert was very good. 15 a night for parking, but safe and plenty of spaces.
