Enjoy this all new construction with sweeping panoramic views of the ocean.
Large newly constructed home with 4 bedrooms (king bed, 2 queens and 2 doubles) and three extra rooms with 3 queen sofa beds. New memory foam mattresses, hypo-allergenic duvets inserts, hypo-allergenic pillows and crisp white hotel bedding/linens. Huge chefs kitchen with plenty of appliances to keep your family happy. Just write us with any questions. We are happy to answer your questions.
If you need extra space, we also manage a dozen other homes in the area that can be booked for family and friends that may need another home to accompany you.
I live just up the block and am happy to meet you and help you with amenities or pass along recommendations.
Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Do not disturb neighbors by disrupting quiet hours. We would appreciate conversations to be lowered by 9pm outside as this is a very quiet residential neighborhood.
No pets are allowed.
