Pool side hideaway near beaches and fun!!

This lovely San Diego home is located just steps from the bay in Point Loma. The 2000 sq. ft ground floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2.5 baths and a beautiful outdoor oasis with vanishing edge saltwater pool, in-ground spa, BBQ area and fire pit. Enjoy lounging poolside, playing in the ocean with our water equipment (boogie, surf and paddle boards) or simply catching up on your sleep. Couron lives upstairs but keeps out of sight unless you need him and then he is at your service! Guests are now invited to take in the gorgeous view of San Diego and the bay from the 1st floor deck from 2-7pm. We also provide a 6-person golf cart free of charge!!

You’ll enter past a trickling fountain and descend into a serene backyard with a patio surrounding the pool and outdoor living spaces. There is a peak view of the bay. A large dining table and grill area calls for evenings outdoors, especially with the new heater above the table for cooler nights.

Four sets of sliding glass doors open directly into the front living room and three of the bedrooms. A twin beds room is in the back (nice and quiet for kids). All the beds have stylish cotton quilts/duvets and 100% organic cotton sheets. The sparkling blue living room entices with hi-end leather furniture, gas fireplace and brand-new game console. A 2nd, spacious living room offers a comfy sectional sofa for watching TV. Nearby is the dining nook for intimate dinners, a powder room and full bath/ laundry room. The cheerful, galley kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, toaster oven and popcorn popper as well as pots and pans. Please note there is no oven. You will find fresh lemons and glorious flowers straight from the owner’s garden.

The house is one street up from the protected Shelter Island yachting basin, home to three yacht clubs and hundreds of boats. Strolling along the bayside foot path is a favorite pastime. The narrow strip of beach provides super easy access for all the ocean toys we provide. A 10-minute walk down the path brings you to the larger and protected Kellogg beach, teaming with kids in the summer.

PLEASE NOTE- Home is in a tranquil neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we REQUIRE quiet after 10pm and no pool or spa use after that time.
