Exterior has large redwood deck with shaded table and chairs, gas barbecue, and storage area for bikes and beach gear. Deck has unrestricted views of the boardwalk, beach, and surf - perfect for families that want a bit of separation from the boardwalk .

Open interior living space has great views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining room table seats 4, and bar seats 3. Full kitchen service for up to 8. Full bath and half bath. Master bedroom has queen Bed and stacked washer/dryer. Two additional bedrooms each with twin beds.

Located just a short walk from all the amenities of North Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, including hotels, restaurants, fast food, supermarket, beach bars, souvenir and boutique shopping, and pier fishing.

This North Mission Beach court is the place to be, where you can walk to everything. While the house has no on-site parking, street parking can usually be found nearby on Strand Way or Mission Blvd.

The location is just perfect although the parking can be a little challenging. The price point and the location make up for a few shortcomings. The cottage is "vintage" and is showing a bit of wear & tear, a couple of the beds are not so comfortable, a few things were missing (no dishwasher soap - container under the sink was empty, no green food waste container was there - we improvised one, not enough toilet paper on hand - we purchased more) and the wi-fi was frustratingly intermittent so had to rely more on cell coverage. Nevertheless, we had an excellent stay and would definitely return. In fact, this was my fourth stay here.

If youre family loves to boogie board, surf, ride bikes on the boardwalk, skateboard, rollerskate, try tons of different hole in the wall food delights its all about location here. My family has been renting this property almost annually over the years. The location is perfect for spending long days at the beach doing whatever it is you enjoy doing while there. It's clean, has everything you need, and is close to a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and the bay. We still love it and can't wait to go back again! Wonderful Stay

I spent 6 wonderful weeks at this great little beach house. Some friends and family came to visit while I was there. The house is very comfortable and the location is perfect. The sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend!
