We had a little hiccup but the manager and front desk staff were on it. They took great care of us and gave us excellent customer service. We will be back and really appreciate you ALL!

Would have given it 5 stars if the valet was attentive. When we arrived, there were 3 valets at the podium. We got out of our car, unloaded the luggage and waited a few minutes. Then, we asked if they could park our car. Foe $65 a day, you would think they would be paying attention when people arrive. And when we checked out, it was pretty much the same. I will say that the front desk staff and check in and check out were so friendly and helpful.

Hallways were extremely cold. You needed a sweatshirt to wait for the elevator. Breakfast was delicious but cold even in the warmers. I paid a lot of money for a view of a dirty alley and the AC on the roof which was loud. Ugh!!!
