Lovely 4 BR home centrally located in the UTC area, a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling, home office, spacious backyard, fruit trees, and water conservation landscape. Comfy bed in every room. Fully loaded kitchen, AC, laundry, parking, EV charger, 200M wifi, HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, smart lighting. Close to UCSD, the UTC mall and restaurants. The space
Master bed comes with king bed and a small en suite bathroom, brand new bedding and furniture. Smart lighting helps to create the perfect ambience for relaxation.

Two additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with twin bunk bed, are perfect for kids, other family members and friends in your company.

Office is equipped with workspace for you to focus during the day and a twin trundle bed to relax for the night.

Normal occupancy is for 8 people. 9 people can be accommodated with a trifold mattress.

Kitchen is loaded with everything you need to make a homey meal for your entire family.

The house is also equipped with crib, playpen, highchair and baby bath tub to accommodate family traveling with young children.

- Accidents can happen. If and when it does, please let us know.

The succulent house was absolutely perfect. It’s in a good location and the house is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend anyone to make a reservation at this house as long as it doesn’t interfere with my schedule ha ha.

Comfortable and relaxing

We visited for a weekend and enjoyed everything. The house was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. The location is safe and near a nice park and good grocery stores. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. Will definitely stay here again next time we travel to San Diego.

Succulent House was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, well stocked, lots of nice touches like many ways to make coffee, comfortable beds, a beautiful big backyard and all sorts of innovative tech. The decor was charming and we enjoyed all the interesting books and art. The location is also ideal being close to everything from grocery stores, the beach and the Westfield Mall. There really are succulents! Amazing ones that add to the very cool vibe.

San Diego visit

Succulent house was very clean when we arrived. The space worked great for us. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is on the older side but it’s been updated a little. The backyard space is really nice. It’s just 15 min from La Jolla shores, cove, etc. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us as we had family rent a house just 3 min away and could easily spend lots of time with them. I really appreciated the owner Hang, communication was great and when I asked how many beach chairs they had and said I’d bring more they got 2 more for the house. Very nice! The beds are also very comfy!

Perfect family stay

This property is exactly as described. It's located conveniently to neighborhood stores and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It has excellent freeway access in all directions and is less than 30 minutes from the tourist attractions. The home was super clean, and the host was responsive to all our questions within 5-15 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed, there are tons of kids / infant supplies, and it had great beach gear in excellent condition. The two washers and one dryer made it easy to keep up with the laundry for our extended family of 8. It was a great stay, and we'll stay here again when in San Diego. (If you hear very, very faint "booming" at 8:50 PM, it is the Sea World firework show. It took us a couple of nights to figure that out.)

Serene home in good neighborhood

My family and I came to San Diego for my Sister’s celebration of life and this home was right around the corner from my Brother’s house. It’s a great location if you want to see all the sights in San Diego, very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys for the beach, a set of golf clubs, and an electric charger if you need for your car. The host was very responsive and let us check in early after the house was cleaned. There was coffee, oils and spices in the pantry and it’s very close to the supermarket if you need to stock up. When we arrived the windows were all open to let in the cool Ocean breezes and soft music was playing on the speaker. The home has a very relaxing and uncluttered atmosphere. Will definitely book again when we come back to visit. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home and Responsive owner made for a great stay

Really appreciated how clean & well set up Hang’s home was. It was a perfect place for our family of four (kids 7 & 3) as there were beach toys that we could borrow to take to La Jolla Cove & a crib already in the house so we didn’t need to lug a pack and play around. The neighborhood is a mellow residential neighborhood & there is a playground within walking distance. It worked for us because we wanted to be close to some relatives who lived nearby. I greatly appreciated how responsive Hang was & the check in & check out process was a real breeze.
