Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gina was great at check in/out. The gentleman that help when the smoke alarm went off after a very hot shower was very sweet and helpful. We will return.

We stayed there for two nights. In those two days we never got room service, they never came to change our bed sheets and towels. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom door would not close. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean and updated. Very small though, just room enough to walk around beds. Parking was tight, we worried we would not have a parking space when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast was fine, enough choices. Front desk staff was very friendly.

This is a motel style Best Western. Our room was squeaky clean inside, couldn't find a single area for improvement visually. However, it had the faint smell of marijuana inside. Outside, the aesthetic is nice, but the stairwell by the lobby was gross. Needs a good clean out and power washing. Breakfast is free, but quite limited. Eggs that had a very strange consistency. Sausage. Waffles. No toast. Some muffins and yogurt. Overall, it was affordable and they do their best to make it nice. But really... They gotta do something about that stairwell.

Your website told me to use a card to reserve to hotel. The card won't be charge. Whelp They charged it. Also the deposit was $100 for everybody but me. They Charge me $219. ON the CARD i was told they weren't going to charge. My mom past away that weekend. It was hard. Expedia lying made the trip even worst. I hate this company and will tell everyone i know how horrible there customer service was! 0/5 rating!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a great location, with major attractions just 10–30 minutes away. Breakfast had a good variety and was regularly refilled, which was a nice touch. The room had a slight smell upon entry, but it quickly faded and wasn’t an issue. The bathroom was very clean. Parking can be limited if you arrive after 9 PM, but overall, I was happy with my choice and would definitely stay here again.
