Absolutely the best place to take a family! So family friendly and welcoming! Everything was clean and pristine. The staff is amazing. The fire pits are such a nice touch.

Best hotel in San Diego

The staff especially the maintenance staff are amazing! They came to help when the tv decided it didn’t want to listen to the remote, and come to my aide when the water machine only liked him to work. I LOVE that they have a text the front desk feature since we had very loud partying people next door on the balcony of the bungalows. We were unable to sleep until 1am and I was able to text the front desk as to not wake part of my group with the phone. They sent security and within 20 minutes of the text the group of people were quiet…wish I did it sooner.

Our family really enjoyed staying for two nights at Town & Country for our first visit to San Diego Zoo and LEGOLAND. Definitely glad we splurged for a private fire pit. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi area. Check-in staff were amazing in the early morning and even took our bags to the room so we could start having fun. Regency tower could benefit from some attention to detail (i.e. scraped door frames, cracked elevator glass and a broken Adirondack chair on patio). We look forward to returning!

The vibes at the hotel are great. We loved all the games and activities around the property. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms need to be redone and some of the spaces are oddly designed. The pool, bar and restaurant are fantastic.

Excellent property! The renovation is wonderful and fun. We loved Lapper and all of the staff across the property was friendly, service oriented and efficient. Wish it had been warmer to be in the pool more but it just means we need to come back for a summer weekend. Our family gave this a 10-10!

Great place to stay. Especially with family & friends . Has great common get together areas, Pools with plenty lounging area Fire pits (bring s’more’s fixing and stick! We went to Ralph’s grocery nearby and picked up) There are bars with music / djs , assorted restaurants w variety of good food. We stayed in the “bungalows” which was more or a renovated “motel”. Very cozy and clean close to the pool and fire pits vs. staying in the “tower hotel” multi floor room. When booking look for “parking included “ package, (which also came with late / 1pm check out). I heard that parking was expensive. Location is also close to local beaches and more outside fun we had a great stay and really enjoyed this hotel
