A wonderful townhouse with a private pool located on the coast of San Felice Circeo. The villa is brand-new, tastefully and modernly furnished, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with every comfort. It also features an alarm system and Wi-Fi coverage throughout all indoor and outdoor areas, as well as convenient dedicated indoor and outdoor parking. Just a short walk from the sea and situated in a quiet, elegant, and prestigious setting, it is located a few kilometres from the Circeo National Park.
The villa features spacious outdoor areas, partly landscaped with a relaxing patio and a fully equipped covered patio complete with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and sofas, all overlooking the enchanting private pool. (Open from May through October, inclusive)
Inside, the ground floor features a modern, fully equipped and accessorized kitchen; a TV area with a comfortable sofa; a full main bathroom; and a master bedroom with a double bed and an additional en suite bathroom.Upstairs, there are two comfortable triple bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed—sleeping a total of three people each), each equipped with every amenity (TV, air conditioning, and a convenient private bathroom within each room).

Lovely stay in early June

Very nice villa in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Villa was very beautyful, well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed the terrace area and the pool. Host was very friendly and everything went really smooth. We can warmly recommend!

Amazing place, close to the beach!

The house was very clean and modern. We needed something with a washer and pool for the kids. The kids spent almost the entire vacation in the pool and on the patio. The house was very clean and walking distance to an amazing gelato place. Walking distance to a few public beaches. We'd stay again.

Very pleasant stay!

We stayed in Giuseppes villa in sebtember. There were 8 in our group, 6 adults and 2 teens. We received comprehensive info before our journey. The villa was absolutely beautiful, modern and we really enjoyed the pool! Pamela was truly helpful, she answered quickly if we had any questions. We had very pleasant stay and we really recommend this villa!

Our San Felice Circeo Trip

This house is Amazing. very clean and very upgraded. I have stayed in other houses in Italy but none of them were as accurate as this one. the villa has everything you need. AC works great. pool is so relaxing. only 10 min to beach. very cute market close bu and we had a recommendation gor Taxi which was great. Pamela was out contact person and she was great answering all the questions. I would definitely recommend this Villa to everyone .

Perfect Villa, great location

Fantastic Villa for a relaxing family holiday. Superb facilities throughout with high spec. great kitchen, lovely bedrooms, bathrooms, amazing pool and the veranda shaded area is brilliant, Weber charcoal BBQ, mini table tennis.. off road parking, use of 4x bicycles are all nice extras . Guiseppe was a great host, responding by WhatsApp really quickly to any questions… Pamela our local host was also fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely coastline to explore and we also took the train to Naples for a day trip which was very achievable. Close enough to Rome that allowed us to add a city break on the end of the holiday. Fiumicino Airport only 90 min drive away. Loads of local markets and shops and supermarkets within a short drive from the villa.. we had older teenagers and they loved the pool area, air con, wifi and the Tv where we could log into our Netflix etc. Thanks Guiseppe and Pamela

The Villa was beautiful. It has everything you need for a really relaxed comfortable stay, it is spacious and airy and the patio and pool area was perfect, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen area had literally everything you could possibly need. We would really recommend it as a place to stay. Paola, the lady letting us in and showing us around the villa was really lovely, and we got by despite my hopeless attempts to speak Italian!. The area of San Felice Circeo was really pretty quiet during our stay, but I think this was because it was May, the start of the season. Our only criticism of the area is that the coastline, apart from a couple of very small areas, is almost entirely inaccessible unless you pay for it…. it’s hard to even see the coastline unless you have paid for entry to a private beach bar and sunbeds. I don’t mind paying for sunbeds, but the way each business is set up one next to the other, with beach hats and bars in the way of the view, it has left the coastline so closed off, that it does unfortunately affect the beauty of the place.

Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen an Großzügigkeit, Sauberkeit, Komfort und Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Pool war top gepflegt ebenso wie Terrasse und Räumlichkeiten. Leider war sie Lage für Reisende mit Hunden nicht optimal. Schlechte Möglichkeiten zu Laufen, überall private Zugänge zum Meer, keine Gehwege.

Tolles und sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeber Pamela und Herr Romeo nur loben und empfehlen. Grazie 1000

Wunderschönes, modernes und topausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Unvergessliche Erholung

Alles hat super funktioniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei der Übergabe wurde uns alles gut erklärt. Das Haus ist umwerfend und wir konnten uns richtig erholen. Die Kommunikation war beispielhaft und uns wurden alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Zugang zum Meer, der doch ein paar Minuten zu Fuss weg ist, da ringsum alles Privatzugänge sind.

Perfekte und sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft

Die Villa Colonia Elena ist eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Modern und praktisch eingerichtet. 3 große klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und einen großzügigen Küchenbereich. Aber das beste sind die beiden Aussenbereiche, vor dem Haus mit kleiner Tischtennisplatte und auf der anderen Seite mit einer riesigen überdachten Terasse, so dass es immer die Möglichkeit gibt, sich im Schatten auszuruhen und dem großen Pool zur Abkühlung, zum Toben oder auch zum Schwimmen. Wir waren im Sommer 2023 insgesamt zu siebt für 2 Wochen dort und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Zum Strand sind es Luftlinie nur wenige hundert Meter, die eigentliche Strandpromenade ist ca 1,5 km und wir haben für diese Strecje dann doch das Auto genommen. Das ist eh eigentlich unerläßlich, auch zum Ortszentrum und zu den größerene Supermärkten sind es 2-5 km. Sane Felice selbst ist ein schöner, vielleicht hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommener Badeort. Im Zentrum gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte, dort und auch an der Promenade gibt es viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen. Unser Tip hier ist ganz klar die etwas ausserhalb gelegene Antike Mühle (https://www.ristoranteanticomulino.com/).

Bellissima casa in ottima posizione con piscina.

Ottima posizione, 700 m dal mare e 3 km dal centro del paese. Vicino alla casa ci sono negozi, bar, pizzeria e gelateria. La Casa è molto bella, arredata con gusto, comodi i letti, capienti gli armadi, intuitivo il sistema di illuminazione, grande piscina, molto curato il giardino. Veloce il Wi-Fi. Siamo stati davvero bene

Meravigliosa

Anche se purtroppo abbiamo dovuto interrompere il soggiorno in anticipo per motivi personali, la villa è assolutamente meravigliosa. La gentilezza e cura con cui siamo stati trattati senz’altro da ricordare. Una esperienza che consigliamo vivamente di fare perché tutto lì merita veramente.
