Come visit and enjoy a relaxing vacation at Casa Zur Heide, a beautiful San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's number one vacation community — El Dorado Ranch. Fully air-conditioned, this rental now includes WiFi. This fully landscaped and beautiful southwest-style home is equally comfortable for one person as well as several persons and is located within walking distance of the swimming pool.

The open floor plan features a large grand room/living room with plenty of modular seating to entertain, watch TV/American Dish, or listen to music. A beautifully tiled fireplace adds to the ambiance. French doors exit to the backyard patio. Adjoining the fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools is the dining area with a glass top dining table for eight.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV/American Sat, and a small seating area that continues into a stylish bathroom with a double sink counter, spacious shower area, and toilet. French doors exit to the back patio. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a door to the patio, and a slider to a private covered veranda. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share a double-sink bathroom with a large shower area and toilet. All bedrooms have roomy built-in closets.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental is beautifully decorated throughout and furnished with furniture carved by local craftspeople. The spacious back patio has a patio table and many seating areas, a fire pit (for the famous s'mores), a grill, and a built-in BBQ. The tiled rooftop offers more opportunities to relax and socialize and enjoy the impressive views of the mountain range and the water. This home does not have a garage; however, there is plenty of parking available in front of the house.

Please read carefully: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. NO PETS ALLOWED. Resort passes are issued between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not have pool access on arrival day. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM. Monthly rentals available — utilities extra with a utility deposit required upon arrival. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee. The home was beautiful, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean and desert landscape was amazing. Although not located right by the beach or the pool, the ease of access by car was worth it. The pool was clean, in good repair and kid friendly. The entry point to the beach also included showers, trash cans and grills close by. We had a great time and would stay again based on the price and amenities. Overall rating was 4 instead of 5 due to minor inconveniences. They let us know ahead of time there was only one towel per guest, which was fine, but we were surprised to find that meant no towels in the kitchen or bathrooms to dry hands either. We had to go purchase some due to the inconvenience. The master bedroom AC doesn’t seem to work since it left the room stuffy, and the blender was very old and did not work.

Beautiful San Felipe home!

We loved this house! Stayed here for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint. Loved how it was decorated, colorful, bright and open layout. Perfect for multiple people. Loved the roof setup as well. Had a small issue with the water pump on the last day, but they were quick to get it repaired. All in all, would love to stay here again!

Hermosa Propiedad / Fakta Mantenimiento

La propiedad como tal es hermosa. Solo que tuvimos problemas con la chapa de una puerta de un baño y con el triturador de basura que fueron arreglarlo dos veces pero se descompuso igual todos los días. Cómo que haces hora de que le pongan uno nuevo. También hace falta que le cambien ya focos porque no todos prenden dentro de la casa.
