San Felipe Beachfront Condo with Panoramic Views of the Sea of Cortez

Welcome to your beachfront condo in El Dorado Ranch - Ventana del Mar, San Felipe, and the beginning of a superb vacation in a charming city.

Condo 75-1 is more than the perfect condo in a great location right on the beach!  Like all our properties, it represents professional staff dedicated to making your stay with us memorable. Right from making your reservation, arriving to checking out, and everything in between, we make it convenient and joyful. Please no smoking indoor!

This comfortable rental condo has been designed and furnished to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a generous bathroom and features a tub, shower and his and her sink. Look out the master bedroom window and enjoy the unobstructed views of the private beach bordering the Sea of Cortez.

The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There is a separate bathroom for guests with shower. Bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling marble tile.

In the kitchen you will find elegant high-end GE stainless steel appliances including a super-quiet dishwasher. Granite counter tops are all around in the kitchen including on the conveniently located island with counter stools. The island is always a favorite hangout spot, especially for breakfast and other quick meals.

On the back patio facing the private beach, you will find new patio furniture to enjoy your beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. 

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets, beach, pickleball courts, pools, spas, golf by the sea, rent ATV’s, play beach volleyball or clam digging on the beach!

Need to stay in touch with family and friends while on vacation in San Felipe?  Well, we have you covered - there is free high speed internet access at your condo and at each of the restaurants in our gated community.

With a powerful air-conditioner/heater this condo is suitable for rent any time of the year.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.  Please arrive before 8PM to avoid a late check-in fee

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
Children 15 years and under do not need pool pass
NO PETS ALLOWED
NO SMOKING ALLOWED

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ grills at the condos due to fire danger.  
BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 

Monthly  Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
