Super close to the beach house for rent in San Felipe - FREE WiFi + Golf Pass

This stunning modern style beachfront tri-level house located with internet in the quiet, upscale resort development of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, is a very popular rental and comes with free golf pass. A short walk to our private beach by the Sea of Cortez, this is the beach known for its gentle waves – perfect if you have young kids. The Sun will delight you at sunrise as you watch it tango over the calm sea.

This villa is fully furnished and features, high ceiling, travertine floors throughout the house, 2 king size bedrooms and a sky lounge on the 3rd floor.

There is a bedroom on each floor. A master bedroom on the ground floor has two double beds sleeping 4 guests. The mattress is super comfy and duvet are European design. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and full bathroom with his and her sink, shower and bathtub.

A 2nd master bedroom on second floor comes with 1 king bed, sleeps 2 guests and also has a separate full bath. The second opens to a balcony with sea views.

The spacious sky lounge has been converted to a 3rd bedroom and comes with 2 full beds to sleep 2 - 4 guests. Sky lounge features a separate bathroom. 8 guests can comfortably sleep in this villa. Views from every room.
 

The beach facing living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV with streaming service. As you come out the front door from the living room, you will find a semi-shaded patio with bistro chairs. Head out through from the patio and you will find yourself in the warm beach in just a few steps.

The kitchen with stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops is located on the ground floor. A good-sized kitchen island makes preparing meals fun and a popular hangout spot in the house.

With an attached two-car garage, there is plenty of space to park vehicles, ATVs and other toys securely. Not that you need to worry about security in San Felipe, but our resort is gated and comes with 24-hour security.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Check-in is 3PM - 8PM.  Check-in after 8PM is $25 USD extra

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are not  permitted in La Ventana del Mar.   Exception made for race teams.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
