Walls very thin in rooms. Next door room very loud and disrespectful. I did call front desk to let them know about the situation. Front desk called loud/desrepective room only to delay the extremely loud noise for a short period, only to start up again. Very bad experience and would not recommend!!

It was very difficult to open the door with the key card The sheets were tissue paper, thin, and there were no comforters The bathroom door was extremely squeaky and had to quiet it with lotion on the hinges The Internet would not connect with the password for the last two days

The manager was very helpful when Expedia refused to amend my stay (and told me it was the hotel's fault) and was able to help meet my travel needs without a lot of fuss. It is conveniently close to Stanford's various medical facilities. The room was clean. The free breakfast and parking are super convenient. I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I inevitably need to return for future medical care.
