Noisy room heating /air unit without redolution

The heating unit was not working. Was Moved to another room where unit worked. But it was really loud, like a plane engine, sounded like it was going to break and I had difficulty sleeping it was so loud. I informed desk but after moved on the first night, there was supposed to be a maintenance worker to fix it but that funny happen. If I’d been able to sleep the review would be better.

I have stay several times but this time out of 6 day stay I had to go to the reception 4 times to have a new key 6 day stay they do not replenish the coffee Very good value for your money, staff at reception are super nice, it is clean, they change the towels every day and empty the garbage Should remind the cleaning staff to change the sheet and vaccum when it is a long stay

Good and not so good

The room was fine however I had to turn the heat on because it was so cold and the heater is so loud and old that it woke me up constantly throughout the night. Also, the floor was very uncomfortable to walk on. Felt like concrete. But it was very clean and the people were very hospitable

I stayed at this property a few years ago. The bed felt like it was full of rocks, and the pipes continually made noises akin to the hounds of hell spurred on by a banshee. Just so happens that I went back to Redwood City and didn’t realize that I booked that same hotel. I asked to see a room and was told I would have to pay to see the room The person at the desk told Me I could call Expedia and get a refund. I tried but was told that the property charged me anyways. I went down the road and found a room with a good bed and no demonic noises. It was worth having to pay twice. Good Night may have fixed the issues, but I swore to myself I would not go back.
