The staff was extremely unprofessional. When I arrived with my suitcases, the woman at the front desk told me to wait because they were on break. I ended up waiting at least 30 minutes, and when someone finally came, they didn’t even greet me. During check-in, the employee was singing a Bollywood song instead of communicating properly. On top of that, the internet didn’t work at all. And immediately after checking in, they placed a notice on my door telling me not to use the sink. This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I checked out early and left.

What stood out to me was the character of the employees,desk staffed 24hrs, which I like and everyone was very professional and polite and seemed happy. As abusiness owner myself and having traveled extensively for a publishing company, morale typically starts at the top and works it's way down so everything was clean, the employees friendly and very affordable and in North Beach the location how can you beat that!
