The hotel manager was excellent. Biren was EXTREMELY helpful when looking for parking. And gave great eating/dining advice for the surrounding area

There are not enough parking spots for the number of rooms at the hotel. I had to park on the street one night. I checked out at 17:00 two nights before I was scheduled to check out. I was given work and had to cut my stay short. The hotel refused to reimburse me for even one of the 2 nights that I didn't stay... It's more like a motel than a hotel.....
