Awesome hotel for price. Free breakfast is a plus. Location is exceptional. Walking distance to Chinatown, Union Square, the piers. They should think about cleaning the windows. Kind of gross! But we will be back.

Because of Air Canada strike, we thought we may need additional nights, the pleasant and helpful desk staff were extremely flexible and accommodating. The maid service was excellent, thank you! The hotel is absolutely charming, we enjoyed our living space for a family of 4!

I absolutely loved this hotel and would come back when visiting San Francisco. Only con would be the parking which is only suitable for compact cars as the garage door is only 70 inches wide. If you don’t have a small car you need to find a parking outside which needs to be moved every 2 hours or pay to park inside a garage overnight which wasn’t bad. The garage was only 1 block down. But overall, amazing experience.

The front desk was very friendly and he made our check-in process effortless. As we were checking out, the staff was very helpful to store our luggages until we left for the airport later in the day and we were able to enjoy the city without having to worry where to find a new place to store our stuff.
