I am homeless and booked a room via the Expiadia app specifically because there was NO deposit listed (I didn’t have it), and when I arrived the hotel wouldn’t let me stay without it (not every hotel has one). Expedia would NOT refund my money even though the front desk person said they would!
Because of that I had to stay outside in the cold with my Service Animal (yes, I’m disabled).
I WILL NEVER STAY WITH MOTEL 6 OR ISE EXPEDIA AGAIN…..THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HOMELESS, POOR AND THE DISABLED!!!!!
I would like to say that they charge $10 for parking. There is a lot of weird activities going on and it’s very loud and noisy since I got in the room I’ve gotten itchy and I hope it’s not bedbugs. The customer service is a one out of 10. Also, there is no microwave or boiling water or a fridge so keep that in mind. I find it really weird that they sell noodles downstairs when there’s nowhere to boil water or reheat them.
When I first walked in the room first thing I saw was the nice big bed and the room smelled really clean that was a huge plus ,only down side or microwave or fridge
The only thing I didn’t like was how I had to hand the housekeeper my towels to get new ones. Housekeeping should always give new and fresh towels when they do rounds and it doesn’t matter if someone is or isn’t in their room. Ask for extra towels when you book your room so you don’t have to worry about housekeeping (word of advice). Other than that, the area is amazing and I’ll be staying there again! ♥️
