Lukewarm shower. Everything else is good.

Being within walking distance to the fisherman’s wharf was great but the shower didn’t get warm. The sink where we washed our hands had better water pressure and got hotter than the shower ever did. Beds were comfortable. Room was decently clean. Close to a convenience store.

There was large dog poop in front of the door. The walls were black with hand prints/dirt. The shower floor hadn't been touched and was black as well. There was dried bloody snot or something on one wall, sheets were stained and had holes. Ten dollar parking fee was not in listing nor was the $100 security deposit. Parking was double stacked so you had to ask for the other car to be moved to get out. Tenants were yelling and fighting throughout the night, gun shots in parking lot. We had no choice to stay as surrounding hotels were booked. No sleep was had. Honestly the worst hotel I've stayed in. Left at first light.

The room was great. Bed was comfy but pillows were hard. Bathroom was clean and room was clean. The only down side was the dogs next door barked all night and the noise from the cars alarms going off underneath our room was disturbing. We were woken up before we wanted to be but overall a place I would definitely stay again.

there was mold around the bathroom sink, microwave had a knob broken, reported it and never got taken care of, not very clean, old , chairs with torn seat cover and not clean.

Booked online. It listed amenities of having a mini fridge and microwave, laundry for guests on site. We checked in, was told we couldn't have a handicap accessible room after I had made that clear prior to biking the room for 1 week. We get to a regular room and there is no fridge, no microwave, no toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), not even a phone to call the front desk. We had the room for 3 people and they gave us 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. It was like pulling teeth getting the cleaning lady to understand we needed more towels and wash cloths every morning. We were in town from out of state for my husband to have surgery at the VA Hospital. One night when we arrived back at the hotel from waiting all day for my husband's surgery to finish it was about 1:30 a.m. my granddaughter and I got to the hotel and upon pulling into the parking lot we see 3 sketchy men hanging around the lot. We were afraid to get out of the car and go to our room. I had the phone number to the front desk already from a lady that works in the office because every time we needed towels or a plunger or whatever we had to walk down to the front desk because we had no phone in the room (big inconvenience being disabled and our mobility is not good) I called the front desk phone number from my cell phone to ask whoever answered to please come out side and watch us walk up to our room because we were so scared. The gentleman refused to step out and watch us 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
