Parking busy so can end up parked quite far away. Nice breakfast and regularly replenished. 2 bed room, clean but main living is small especially when pull sofa bed out. The sofa bed is not fit for sleeping on, its terrible, just feel the springs no padding, could hear springs with every move. Sofa bed mattress was grim, dirty and all crumbs underneath when tried to turn over. No blanket just 2 sheets and 1 pillow for the sofa bed! Good room for 4 but too not adequate for 6.

The eggs were not tasty. The sheets sounded like paper when moving around. However, the room and bathroom was very stylish. I forgot to tell front desk the shower head was leaking once we stopped showering, no matter how much we turned the knob to the off position. Maybe that's why it was so tight and hard to initially turn it on.

The hotel told us they don’t guarantee room types and tried to place us in a studio with one bed when I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom suite. The rude and unpleasant lady said Hotels.com is a third party so they don’t guarantee rooms to 3rd party customers. Had to go to the front desk three times to remind them we needed a 2pm check out we had requested prior to the trip and told no problem. We also got locked out of our room twice because they didn’t apply the 2pm checkout time. Frustrating for sure especially with a fussy 10 month old.

We absolutely loved our stay!! This hotel accommodated all our needs by staying in the 2 bedroom suite to fit our family. The kids loved the pool & hot tub. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options. Most definitely will stay again!

Stayed for 5 nights. Relatively new property. Everything was clean with ample parking and easy access to the major North/South freeway (101). The hotel is 20 min from SFO, 30 from the City itself, and about 20-25 min from Palo Alto. San Carlos has a nice downtown with plenty of dining options.
