We contacted the guest service to report strong smell of cigarette on our floor. They promptly sent the security and addressed the issue right away. We felt cared for and safe. We both enjoyed our beautiful room and comfortable beds!!

Hotel staff were great, but the room I was assigned had a window with no seal, and a 1” gap that was unable to be closed. Woke up at 3am to extremely loud construction that continued into late morning. It was equivalent to sleeping in the street given the level of noise and lack of ability to shut it out. I provided feedback at the front desk - avoid room 314.

I wish that i could give them a raving review as I had very high expectations of this hotel given their reviews. While they did make up for their mistakes, customer service and communication are major factors i take into account when staying at hotels. Beacon Grand fell so far from where their staff should have been and it was very disappointing making our stay less than enjoyable. The only saving grace was Monica, one of the managers. I’ll be reaching out to management in regards to the problems we had. Thank You Monica for attempting to make up in the areas your staff fell short.

The property pictures look better on the website versus in person. The rooms are older and very small. Shower pressure is horrible. When we first arrived the room we had was next to elevators, smelled of smoke, the floors were scratched up and the noice levels were loud. We went downstairs to complain and get moved. We spoke to manager who upgraded us to be abl better room. Bigger and less noisy. We appreciated that very much. My only complaint with this room is the following, no soap on the shower dispenser/ had to ask housekeeper to fill. The bed sunl on the middle. Not very comfortable. We had to check our car in valley. $72 a night plus tax. For 3 nights bill was $356. Dinner was very expensive for a burger and fries. $142 for two people that is with tip. No extra tp had to ask for more. They kept things bare min.
