Amazing stay where the jungle surrounds you. The wildlife is incredible. Treehouse 12 is a wonderful choice. You can even go up and lay in the tree in your own private hammock. The pool is beautiful and Henry took great care of us making delicious drinks. Highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sweet Songs Jungle Resort! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. The food was absolutely delicious…fresh and flavourful! The property itself is stunning and so peaceful, tucked away in the jungle with the perfect balance of nature and relaxation. Amazing stay with amazing staff, Clean and safe! Delicious food. Always place to eat at the restaurant. Excellent service. The pool was amazing! The road to get there is a bit bumpy (for the rental car) and the beach/river looks nice but the kids didn’t want to spend time there.

Wonderful stay, amazing staff, hard to describe how great this place is. Not too fancy, but not completely roughing it. The ride in is on a rough road, no doubt, but once there you can spend all day exploring and enjoying the resort. The food absolutely didn't disappoint either.

We really enjoyed our stay under the canopy. The pool was gorgeous & the food was amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river & proximity to Xunantunich. The road into the resort is rough, so be prepared for 5 miles of dirt/gravel at the end. We arrived at night, which I don’t recommend.

Sweet Songs was the absolute best place ever. The staff were incredible, the rooms were fabulous, the pool is a dream. I don’t think we could have had a better experience. They remembered our names, dietary restrictions and the food was incredible. I can’t say enough good about this place. We will absolutely come back.

A Peaceful Jungle Retreat with Great Activities We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Song Jungle Lodge in San Ignacio, Belize. The lodge is set in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature—it truly felt like an escape from the everyday. The staff were all incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although it was a bit on the darker side, which is to be expected in a jungle setting. One of the highlights of our stay was spending an evening by the beach enjoying a cozy bonfire. We also joined a night hike and spotted some really interesting wildlife—such a unique experience! During the day, we loved the river tubing and canoeing options, and happy hour was always a lot of fun and a great way to unwind and socialize. Overall, Sweet Song Jungle Lodge offered a great mix of relaxation and adventure. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Belize in a serene, friendly setting.

Great place to stay in jungle with some challenges

Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Sweet Songs. Our 2 queen Casita was spacious and comfortable. The lodge is very nice but the river/beach area was not clear as we expected (not their fault) and the last 2 miles driving in the road is in pretty bad shape. You NEED and AWD vehicle to drive here

Once you’re at the lodge, it is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and the food at the restaurant is amazing. The service is phenomenal. We came for our honeymoon and I am so glad we chose SweetSongs. Transportation is probably the most complicated. We ended up renting a car and had no issues getting to the lodge. There was a steeper section of the road in but our car was smaller and still handled it well. They also offer a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee. The horseback riding tour was life changing and we would highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay! Jungle setting was beautiful with lots of wildlife. Floating the Macal River was fun for kids (and adults). The food was fresh, perfectly prepared, and always with a local touch. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Lots of activities available and sites to see nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Songs more than the beach near Placencia.

At Sweet Songs you will enjoy a lovely setting, tranquility, and outstanding service. Having the botanical garden next door is a bonus. Xunantunich and other attractions are not far away. The only concern is the rough road to reach the jungle lodge, but that is certainly not a reason to pass on this wonderful resort.

Beautiful resort in the jungle of Belize. All the staff was incredible kind. Only suggestion is to include a local Belizean dish on the menu each night. Thank you for a lovely stay.
